The Enterprise Agent Program is reserved for insurance agents that have at least two of years experience selling personal lines products. They should be enthusiastic, financially prepared to start their own business and will be expected to operate from a professional office space.
Enterprise Agents own their book of business and make the highest commission splits in the industry, while having the freedom to run their agency as they see fit.
The Equity Producer Program is ideal for insurance agents that have at least one year experience selling personal lines products. They must be enthusiastic, a proven producer for an agency, and operate from an existing Enterprise Agent’s office. Equity Producers have a stake in their book and make industry-leading commission splits while working for and learning from an Enterprise Agent.
The Bridge Program is designed to help manage the pains of transitioning from a captive state to our Enterprise Agent Program. Pacific Crest will help the agent build a book of business while he/she is making the transition to independence. In this program, an agent will have a book of business waiting for them when they are ready to make the change, allowing them to have an income waiting for them.

One of the biggest benefits of being an independent insurance agent is having choice. Agents should have the ability to quote their clients multiple products with multiple price points. Without the right carriers, an agent won’t be able to accomplish this. Our proven history and established relationships with some of the nation’s leading carriers allow us to offer our agents the national markets they need such as; Safeco, Travelers and Nationwide. We also offer multiple relationships with regional carriers to complete an agent’s arsenal.
Pacific Crest believes in giving our agents the best systems available. We realize that risks are not the same in every state or region. That’s why we offer our agents two different comparative rating systems. We have partnered with EZLynx and Applied Rater to help maintain the efficiency of quoting multiple products and carriers. These systems streamline the quoting process while allowing multi-quote functionality, multi-quote simulators, and direct integration with carrier websites and the Agency Management System. These systems allow agents to input a client’s information once and receive multiple quotes from multiple carriers, allowing for a quicker and more manageable process.
Agency Management System
As a business owner, having transparency in your data is vital to your agency’s success. Pacific Crest provides our agents with an Agency Management System to do just that. From one system, agents can track their entire book of business with real time data from all of their carriers. We offer built-in automation for document retention, client correspondence, and carrier access. Agents can use their own business phone number and email address to keep in contact with their clients through the Agency Management System with features such as; text messaging, email integration, and customizable templates that fit your needs. We care about keeping agents informed and protecting their data. With this system, they can control how, where, and who has access to their data.
Concentrating on selling insurance can be hard when having to pay attention to the other “obligations” an agency owner has to focus on. We offer accounting reconciliations, reporting and policy downloads to help manage an agent’s business. Agents are able to request data and analytics on their book of business to help track their progress and evaluate their agency’s success.

The insurance industry isn’t commonly known for being tech savvy. At Pacific Crest, we think a little differently. We believe in the development and usage of technology to help agents with their day to day business. Our current and future offerings focus on providing agents ease of doing business.
We offer comprehensive training specialized to the needs of each agent. Some agents prefer a hands on approach vs virtual training over the phone. We can accommodate both styles of learning. Agents have the option to either spend time at the corporate headquarters or choose to complete their training over the phone with our staff in a virtual environment.
Once you become a Pacific Crest Independent Insurance Agent, you’re a part of the family. We want to give you every resource possible to make you feel that way. As an agent, you are given a Pacific Crest email address and will get updates on all the current events of the alliance, as well as the insurance industry. Pacific Crest email addresses are a primary conduit for information and contact between the corporate office, fellow agents and carriers.
