Insurance Customer Experience - Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails regarding policy coverages and claims.

• Helps policy holders understand the policy contract. Make recommendations for coverage enhancements or policy changes; cross sell where applicable.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

• Manages and utilizes time effectively to ensure department and individual goals are achieved.

• Fostering and maintaining relationships with carrier underwriters.

• Keep accurate records and notes on all client activities through the client management system.

• Contact all customers at renewal to explain coverages, cross sell, and focus on retaining the business.

• Work to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

• Successful track record of meeting service goals/quotas preferred

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening

• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

• People-oriented

• Organized

• Self-motivated

• Detail oriented

• Commercial experience (Preferred)

Salary/Pay:

$3500 month + commissions Commensurate with experience.
